Tom Browne evidently visualized Don Quixote and Sancho Panza as having practically the same physique as his famous tramps. This signed illustration, dated 1898, was drawn for his “A New Version of Don Quixote”, to be printed in Tom Browne’s Comic Annual in late 1899.
