“They Made Him an Outlaw!” presents Gary Cooper as wrongfully outlawed Gary Graham in a “Wonderful Picture-Drama of the Wild West”. Again, the artist is Alan Gelli, who within a year (compare H27) has developed confidence in the use of varied camera angles (points of view), and also now employs hand-lettered speech balloons and captions. As some of his figures are drawn in the approximate equivalent of cinematic medium shots, the face of the Gary Cooper character is now fairly easy to recognize. See also H 27 and H29.
